SclivenAfter arriving at Quantum High School behind in credits, Scliven turned his academic journey around with support from teachers, family, and friends. Now a graduate, he plans to pursue HVAC training and earn his CDL license. He expressed gratitude to his family for “their constant support,” and to Ms. Combs for “having a positive impact on my journey.”  Qy“My journey has taught me a lot about resilience, determination, and staying focused even when things get difficult,” Qy shared. “I am proud of how far I have come, and I look forward to what the future has in store for me.” Along the way, Qy says he discovered strengths within himself that reached far beyond academics. “I learned the importance of responsibility, self-discipline, and believing in myself even during hard times,” he reflected.  Richlande“The classes were different from my home school, especially since I no longer had to change classes throughout the day. I prefer having a shorter schedule and being in one classroom.” This consistency helped create a more manageable and productive routine.  AvaI wanted to finish high school early to get started on my college work,” she says. “I love working with children. My goal is to get certified and teach at the elementary level.” At Quantum, Ava was able to get a head start on her career path. “What I like most about Quantum is that the schedule allows me to work at an elementary school in the morning and attend my classes in the afternoon." Working from 6 a.m. to Noon at a coffee shop, she attends classes in the school's afternoon session. This flexibility helps keep Jordan motivated and on-task. As she puts it, "I dove in head first."
